A furnished room is available on the first floor of a well maintained house in Kampen. The room is suitable for a student, a young professional, or someone looking for temporary accommodation.

The house is located in a quiet residential area, approximately a 15 minute walk or 5 minute bike ride from Kampen train station. The neighborhood is safe and pleasant to live in.

// About living here:

The room is becoming available because the current tenant has found other accommodation. As of July 1st, a new household composition will be formed.

You will be sharing the house with the owner (37 year old Dutch male) and another tenant (37 year old American female). Both have experience living in international households and enjoy meeting people from different backgrounds. Therefore, both Dutch and international applicants are welcome.

We are looking for someone aged approximately 25 or older who is independent, working or studying, considerate of others, and comfortable sharing a home. Because we live together, open communication, mutual understanding and respect for each other's living space are important.

Everyone has their own life, work and commitments. Having a chat or sharing a meal once in a while is always welcome, but never expected. The most important thing is maintaining a pleasant, relaxed and respectful atmosphere in the house.

This room is especially suitable for someone who consciously chooses shared living and is not looking for a student party house or a place where frequent parties and visitors are the norm.

English fluency is not required, but it is helpful since one of the residents is American.
