About the place

A room of approximately 15m2 is available in our house on Boven Nieuwstraat in Kampen.
In the beautiful city center of Kampen, close to shops and nightlife, and a 10-minute walk from Kampen Central Station. From there, you can reach Zwolle station in 12 minutes by train.
You will have your own room in a house with three other people.
The bathroom, kitchen, attic and laundry room are shared spaces.
We are a fairly artistic household, the house has mainly been inhabited by Artez students. We like it quiet and tidy in the house. We mostly do our own thing and value privacy, but occasionally we also get together for some fun :)

You get a renters contract for 1 year, with possibility of extension.
