In beautiful ’t Gooi/Huizen, just 500 metres from the Gooimeer beach, the ideal student room has become available again!

The entire attic is yours!
Minimal disturbance and lots of privacy. The room has a Tilt-and-turn roof window with a blackout roller blind and ventilation. Central heating. And a private refrigerator is included.

You also have access to Wi-Fi ánd cable internet, a washing machine, bathroom, kitchen and a large garden with a lounge sofa and picnic table.

Of course, everything is open for discussion and can be arranged by mutual agreement, as I also value my privacy. Other than that, there is plenty we can discuss and work out together.

Supermarkets and a bus stop are just a short walk away. There are fast bus and train connections to Hilversum, Bussum, Utrecht and Amsterdam!

Deposit: one additional month’s rent.

A viewing evening will be organised once there is sufficient interest.
