About the place

Hi!
My name is Boris (23) and I recently became the proud owner of my own home. I’m looking for a friendly housemate who would like to turn a spacious 31 m² living basement into a comfortable private space.

The room is fully furnished, including a television. If needed, I’m happy to help find additional furniture in consultation. Thanks to underfloor heating, the space is nice and warm in winter, while the room stays pleasantly cool during summer.

You’ll share the cozy kitchen and bathroom with me and my Italian housemate (f) . In summer, we love opening all the doors and enjoying the garden in the sun. If you enjoy walking, the forest is just around the corner, and the charming village center is also very close by.
There’s space to store your bike in the garage as well. 

Public transport is convenient: bus 320 takes you directly to Amsterdam, and Naarden-Bussum train station is easily reachable via bus line 100.
