About the place

Hey! I’m Boris, 23 years old, and I recently became the proud owner of a nice little house. I’ve got plenty of space, so I’m looking for a housemate!

The available space is a large basement (~31m2) that would work perfectly as a spacious bedroom and study area. I sleep up in the attic myself, so you won't have to worry about my snoring! The basement has nice underfloor heating and a window for natural light.

In the summer, you’re more than welcome to enjoy the sun in the garden surrounding the house. We’ll be sharing the kitchen and bathroom, and you’re free to use my washing machine as well.

Right now, the room is mostly being used for storage, but I can arrange some furniture if you need it. I’m looking for a friendly housemate for a maximum of one year.

Reaching both Amsterdam and Utrecht is quite easy from the place I live.
