We are looking for a quiet, tidy, and responsible tenant for a former office building in Houten, which is being used for temporary accommodation while awaiting redevelopment.

A spacious private room of approximately 28 m² is becoming available. Thanks to its generous size, the room offers plenty of possibilities to create a comfortable living, sleeping, and sitting area.

The rent is €600 per month, all-inclusive, with a security deposit of €600.

Who Are We Looking For?

We are preferably looking for a tenant who is quiet, tidy, considerate of other residents, and takes good care of the property and shared facilities.

You should be working or studying and able to cover the monthly costs independently, potentially with the support of a guarantor. It is also important that you understand the temporary nature of the accommodation.

The room is suitable for one person and may also be suitable for a couple.
