For a former office building in Houten, which is being used temporarily while awaiting redevelopment, we are looking for a quiet, tidy and responsible tenant.

A very spacious private room of approximately 65 m² is available. Thanks to its generous size, the room offers plenty of possibilities to create your own comfortable living, sleeping and sitting areas.

The rent is €750 per month, all-inclusive. The security deposit is €750.

This is simple, temporary accommodation in a former office building. The building is currently being further prepared for residential use. The exact move-in date will be agreed upon in consultation.

The building is expected to remain available for use for several more years. However, as the property will eventually be redeveloped, the full duration of the stay cannot be guaranteed in advance.

Who are we looking for?

We are preferably looking for a tenant who is quiet and tidy, considerate of other residents, and takes good care of the property and shared facilities.

You are working or studying and are able to cover the monthly costs independently, or have a guarantor if necessary. It is also important that you understand that this is temporary accommodation.

Thanks to its generous size, the room is also well suited for a couple.
