Hello dear people,

My partner and I are looking for one (1) roommate in Hoorn, Noord Holland from July/August.  

The house is a 10-minute walk from Hoorn Kersenboogerd train station and shopping center. The center of Hoorn is within 15 minutes cycling distance, Sports Center Hoorn within 5 minutes walking distance, and the beach of Julianapark is 15 minutes walking distance. 

2 Personal spaces:
1st bedroom (2,90m x 2,52m = 7,3m²) 
2nd bedroom (3,70m x 2m = 7,4m²) including a big wardrobe

Shared spaces:
Kitchen + pantry + stairs cupboard
Living room + dining room
Bathroom with shower and toilet
First floor toilet
Space for guests on sleeping couch
Attic with storage
Front and backyard with gazebo + bike parking space

Rental cost:
€670 per month
Excluding water, gas & electricity, internet, fixed charges. (Together these costs come to about €130 per month; we have solar panels)

More about us:

We are Alex (33) and Angie (36). Our shared interests are reading, cooking, art, meditation/Tai Chi, watching movies, dancing, exercising, DND and impro theatre. Angie works from home, and Alex works in Amsterdam. 

We have lived in this house for 3 years, and all shared spaces are fully furnished. Our current roommate bought a house, which will free up the rooms.
