The apartment is shared with one other tenant (a male student). The house is fully equipped with everything you need for comfortable living, including:

- Electrical cooking plate & oven
- Fridge
- Water kettle
- Washing machine

Pricing & Practicalities

- Rent: €750 per month (All-inclusive: electricity, gas, water, taxes, and fast internet)
- Deposit: 1 month's rent (€750) – fully refundable at the end of your contract
- Registration: Possible
- Move-in Date: June 1st, 2026
