Parking: Free parking right outside the door.

House Rules & Requirements
Looking for a clean, quiet, and tidy tenant who will take good care of the house.

No pets allowed.

Cleaning: A weekly rotating cleaning schedule is shared among housemates to keep the common areas spotless.
