About the place

I will be traveling abroad for an extended period due to family circumstances. Therefore, I am looking for a kind, quiet, and tidy woman to temporarily take over my room.

About the room:
You will have the entire attic floor completely to yourself. The room is fully furnished, so you can move in right away. You will share the bathroom with only one other woman. The house is shared with three working housemates, all calm, independent, and very clean. Everyone respects each other’s privacy, and there is no unnecessary interference—overall a very safe and peaceful living environment.

Facilities & atmosphere:
The house is clean, quiet, and well-maintained. The atmosphere is mature, friendly, respectful, and calm. It’s perfect for someone who values privacy and enjoys living in a tidy environment.

What’s included:
	•	Fully furnished
	•	Rent is €850 per month all-in, including furniture
	•	Deposit: €700 (fully refundable if everything is left in good condition)
	•	Registration not possible
	•	Contract period: Available from February 2026 until 2027 (exact month to be confirmed). Minimum stay: 1 year or longer
