About the place

The room is situated whitin walking distance of the train/bus station. From wich it is 21 min. to Amsterdam and 15 min. to Utrecht. Supermarkets and other shops are also whithin walking distance. The facilities in the house will be shared with 4 persons. The rent is including: all taxes, gas, water, electricity, cabel tv, internet, laundry machine and cleaning common spaces . There is a bed and a fridge in the room.
