Hello!

We are looking for a new housemate, starting November 1st.

There are currently three of us—women in our early to mid-30s—and we are looking for a fourth person who is in a similar stage of life.

We enjoy a friendly atmosphere and get along well, while also having a great deal of respect for each other’s privacy. For this reason, we are looking for someone laid-back with whom we can build a good rapport. That said, we certainly enjoy sharing the occasional meal together or catching up in the kitchen.

The house is located in the center of Hilversum, about a 5-minute bike ride (or 10–15 minute walk) from the train station. The neighborhood offers various amenities, including several supermarkets, a shopping center, a cinema, and plenty of green space.

The rent is €505 per month, which includes all utilities (gas, electricity, and internet). We share a bathroom, toilet, kitchen, and a large balcony.
