About the place

We are looking for a new housemate to join our home in the centre of Hilversum.

The house is conveniently located, approximately a 15-minute walk (or 5-minute bike ride) from the train station. Several supermarkets, a shopping centre, and sports facilities are all within easy reach. Amsterdam and Utrecht can both be reached by train in around 20 minutes.

The available room is 12 m². The monthly rent is €450, including electricity and internet. The kitchen, bathroom, and a sunny south-facing balcony are shared.

We are three working women between the ages of 33 and 36. We value a calm and respectful living environment where everyone has their own space and privacy. At the same time, we enjoy chatting from time to time or sharing a meal together when it suits everyone.

We are looking for someone who:
- Is preferably a woman between 30 and 40 years old
- Is tidy, considerate, and easy-going
-  Appreciates a clean, peaceful, and respectful shared home
