Fully furnished Room is about 7 m2 with shared kitchen and bathroom with two other tenant. Location is very center of Hilversum (not Amsterdam), everything is in the walking distance. It is fully furnished, room has comfortable new bed. Price is all inclusive: electric + gas + water + fiber glass fast wireless internet + local taxes + using washing machine. Quite place to sleep and live. We keep quite between 10pm and 7am. 500 eur deposit is required. Location is 7 minutes walk to the Hilversum main train station, 20 minutes to Amsterdam by train, 15 minutes to Utrecht by train. Supermarket and grocery shop at the corner. Shops, restaurants and bars are within the few minutes walking distance. Minimum rental period is 3 months. You can register your address if needed. To rent for one person not for two.
