Very nice, fully furnished cosy room (ca. 12m2) in HILVERSUM ( So NOT in Amsterdam) for rent for 585 €/month from May1st 2026 (WOMAN only, >27y or older quiet, responsible, clean and non smoking) REGISTRATION POSSIBLE Location is 20 min by foot/10 min biking from the citycenter and railwaystation, 20 min by train to Amsterdam (4 trains per hour) or 15 min to Utrecht (4 trains per hour) Included: gas/water/electricity/wifi/use of kitchen (dishwasher, oven, fridge, microwave ), bathroom with shower/bathtub, washing machine and dryer. The house is situated in a quiet area near a little shopping centre and close to the heath and is shared with three other women including myself. No pets allowed!
