Hi! I'm the owner and resident of this house in Hilversum and I'm looking for one friendly and respectful person to share my home with.

The available room is furnished, comfortable and has a large window providing plenty of natural light. You will share the kitchen, shower, toilet and washing machine with just one other person — me.

I'm a working professional and I appreciate a relaxed, clean and respectful home environment. This isn't a busy student house or a property shared with lots of people. I'm looking for someone who enjoys having their own space and privacy while being comfortable sharing a home with one other person.
