About the place

Hi! 
Our housemate is leaving at the end of December, so we're looking for a new roommate starting January 1, 2026. The room is on the second floor of a historic villa in Hilversum. 

There are 10 of us (mixed) in this house, which sounds like a lot, but it's not too bad. There are four rooms on the ground floor. They share a toilet, shower, and kitchen. Three girls live on the first floor, and two boys and a girl live on the second floor. One of the boys is leaving, so that room will become available. These six people share two toilets, a shower, and a kitchen. 

We're a quiet house; many of us are no longer students, and the average age here is mid- to late twenties. We sometimes describe our house as a disguised apartment complex: you have your own life, do your own thing, but share the common areas and clean together. 

We're looking for someone who matches this profile. Whether you're a student or not doesn't really matter.
