About the place

Hi!

We are looking for a new roommate/tenant for a room in our apartment. It is a semi-furnished room which is a bit compact, but this is compensated for by the large shared spaces. There is a shared living room (with sofas and a TV) and a new kitchen, where there is plenty of space to store your groceries. The bathroom also has a rainfall shower, and the toilet is separate from the bathroom.

The house consists of 4 rooms and one small room. We usually live there with 4 people, but currently, the smaller room is also rented out. We're a mixed house with both guys and girls.

We are all either students further along in their studies or young professionals. Everyone has their own life, but we enjoy eating together and often hang out after dinner for a game or a chat.

The apartment is a 3-minute walk from a shopping center that includes a Jumbo, Albert Heijn, and Kruidvat. You can find all your daily necessities nearby!

It is about a 15-minute bike ride to the UT (University of Twente). The route goes through a stretch of forest and between meadows, making it a beautiful and peaceful ride.
