About the place

This room is situated in the city of Hengelo, 10 minutes away from the centre and 15-minute walking distance from the central train station. Also near Saxion and Twente university.  

It is fully furnished, including bed with a mattress. For 200 Euros (max) one-time payment to the current tenant, you can have a mini fridge, your own vacuum, desk and a chair. Later we can discuss which of these amenities you want and which you don't, and of course the price will differ. 

All of the tech like microphone, monitor, laptop, etc. is not for sale of course :) 

There is also a small storage closet (outside of the room) included for free. 

All shared spaces, such as kitchen, toilet and shower are cleaned every weekend as we have a cleaning schedule with our roommates.
