About the place

Hey!

I will be doing my minor abroad next semester, so I'm looking for someone to sublet my room during that period.

The room is approximately 20 m², fully furnished, and ideal for someone who is looking for a quiet house but also enjoys chatting with the 3 other housemates every now and then.

The house is located about 10–15 minutes by bike from the University of Twente, along a beautiful route through nature with no traffic lights. It's the perfect way to start your day in a relaxed manner! There is also a locked bike shed where you can safely store your bicycle.

You will share the kitchen, living room, toilet and bathroom with your housemates. The house is generally kept clean, and we take turns cleaning the shared spaces. There is also a washing machine that everyone can use.

The room has a nice window with pleated blinds, giving you plenty of natural light while still providing enough privacy. The heating works perfectly, so you'll stay comfortable even during the colder months.

I'm a very sporty person myself, so I would especially recommend the room to someone who enjoys sports as well. If you'd like, I can leave my hangboard setup in the room.

The room is furnished, although not everything shown in the pictures will stay. However, a lot of things are up to discussion. The rent is €550 per month, including gas, water, electricity, and Wi-Fi.

No smoking, and drug use will result in immediate eviction.

The exact subletting period can be discussed.
