About the place

Available: big room 20m2 at walking distance from Central Station Hengelo.
The room is placed on the second floor of a big house, that is shared with four other tenants: one from the Netherlands and 3 from abroad who came here to work and/ or study. You share a big kitchen and living room, so tidiness is necessary.

We are looking for a social and tidy person.
During the day it's important that every tenant can do his of her thing in peace. Not suited for students who are looking for a party-time, nor for smokers.

It's possible to register with the local authority of Hengelo. We offer a one- or two year contract, that can be prolonged afterwards.

Viewing is by arrangement.
