About the place

One beautifully furnished room is available for rent. It is in a new single-family home, 500 m to the central train station in Hengelo, 4.5 km to the University of Twente, and 8.5 km to Enschede by bike. Available from February 15.  The place is only for quiet, clean, and mature persons, MSc, Ph.D., Postdocs, lecturers, professors, or visiting researchers from the University of Twente or Saxion University. The price is Euro 720, all-inclusive. Minimum 23 years old (no exceptions). Registration is possible. Long-term (more than a year) is preferred.
