The room is approximately 13 m² and is furnished.
Next to the room is the kitchen and next to it the small bathroom with toilet.
There is a larger bathroom available on the first floor.

The room is located in the extension and has an exit to the garden.

Heerlen station is a 5-minute walk away, where you can reach Maastricht within 15/20 minutes.
Shops are also available within walking distance.

The fellow residents are both students and working people and have never caused any nuisance.
