About the place

I rent out a few modern, furnished rooms with fixed light carpeting in a single-family home. Centrally heated. A new (2026) fitted kitchen with microwave, refrigerator, airfryer, washing machine, dishwasher, oven etc. Lovely garden to the rear and front. 
All students who have lived here are without exception enthusiastic about the accommodation and the hospitality.

There is a large and modern shopping center less than 200 meters from here with, among other things, a large supermarket, cafeteria, greengrocer, bakery. Approx 750 meters from train station and 400 meters from busstop. By train to the center of de city 8 minutes.
