Hi everyone!

We’re looking for a new female housemate (22–28 years old) to join our home near Haarlem. 😊

A little about who we’re looking for:
✨ Working and/or studying with a regular schedule
✨ No night shifts and generally quiet after 23:00
✨ Social and friendly, but also happy doing your own thing
✨ Dutch or international – as long as your English is good enough to communicate easily
✨ Clean and respectful of shared spaces

About the house:
🏠 Rent is €595 per month, including utilities
🍳 Shared kitchen
🌿 Nice backyard for sunny days
🧹 We have a shared cleaning schedule for the common areas
🚲 10 minutes by bike to Haarlem city centre
🚉 15 minutes walking to Heemstede-Aerdenhout station

Good to know: The house is quite old and not very soundproof, so you can hear a lot of what’s going on in the house (especially the stairs 😅). Because of that, we’re looking for someone who enjoys a relatively calm living environment.
