About the place

We are a student couple who have been living in this beautiful upstairs apartment in Haarlem-Noord for two years now. During that time, we extensively renovated and refurbished the house, resulting in more space than is necessary for the two of us.

There is therefore plenty of room left for someone to move in with us, and we would prefer to give this beautiful space to someone who is also a student just like us, preferably a woman.

The apartment is located next to Cronjéstraat, a 2-minute bike ride from Vomar, Albert Heijn, Aldi, and SportCity (gym), and a 3-minute bike ride from the station.

Please note! We have a cat as a pet, so please keep that in mind if you are allergic. Otherwise, she is incredibly sweet and still very playful at her age of 2.

The room is on the 2nd floor and features a private kitchen including a gas stove, microwave, and oven. There is also a fridge/freezer, a desk with a chair, and a wardrobe (not pictured). Furthermore, you share the bathroom (+ washing machine!) with us, and there are two toilets in the house. The first floor is otherwise ours but can also be used as a shared living room, kitchen, and/or dining room for special occasions.

On top of that, there is a very spacious roof terrace with a view over the entire neighborhood. Truly perfect for the sunset! You share this with us as well, but you are welcome to use it at any time.
