About the place

On the topfloor a beautiful, cosy room with original beams. The room is very well equiped with kitchenette (microwave, fridge,cooking plate), wifi. There is a double bed. The apartment is located in a quiet street just outside the center of Haarlem. The center is 10 minutes walk. Around the corner is a bus to Amsterdam and to the beach. Various supermarkets on walking distance. 
No drugs, no smoking and partying not allowed. Silence after 10 pm. Please respect the other persons in the house. Leave the bathroom clean after use for the next person. You share the bathroom with one other person. 
It is possible to register with the municipality. House benefit, the so-called huurtoeslag is not possible as you share the bathroom with one other person.

Use of the washingmachine and dryer after consulting.
