About the place

On the topfloor a beautiful, cosy room with original beams. The room is very well equiped with kitchenette (microwave, fridge, cooker, coffeemachine,cooking plate), television, wifi. There is a double bed. The apartment is located in a quiet street just outside the center of Haarlem. The center is 10 minutes walk. Around the corner is a bus to Amsterdam and to the beach. Various supermarkets on walking distance. 
No drugs, no smoking and partying not allowed. Please respect the other persons in the house and no loud noises after 22.00. Leave the bathroom clean after use for the next person. You share the bathroom with one other person. In these days we respect the corona rules and we expect the same from you.
It is possible to register with the municipality. House benefit, the so-called huurtoeslag is not possible as you share the bathroom with one other person.

Use of the washingmachine and dryer after consulting.
