About the place

The house is located in the heart of Groningen’s city centre and is home to 11 female students.

Due to one housemate leaving earlier than expected, we are looking for someone to rent the room for this period. It is important to note that our house has a very close-knit dynamic: we are all part of the same student association and share a strong bond. For this reason, we do not expect the new tenant to join the group socially. There may occasionally be house parties or music in the evenings.

We are therefore looking for someone who is independent, leads their own life, and does not expect shared dinners or joint activities. The rental is strictly for the room itself. The living room is not accessible to the subtenant. Use of the kitchen is of course allowed.
The bathroom is located next to the room on the ground floor. It includes a toilet and a shower. The toilet will sometimes be shared, and the shower is entirely your own.
