A room will become available on April 1st in a home in Zuiderpark. PLEASE NOTE: It is possible to simultaneously view another room that will become available in the same house on April 1st.

The room is located on the ground floor at the rear of the home. The room is approximately 14 m² in size and features a private sink. There is also a convenient space-saving built-in wardrobe. Additionally, there is plenty of natural light thanks to the large windows. You share the kitchen with three other housemates.

A friendly group of residents lives in the house, offering the opportunity to chill together, but also the space to retreat to your room for a moment. There are a total of 14 rooms in this city villa, almost all with their own kitchenette. On the ground floor, there is a communal kitchen (for the three rooms without a kitchen). Additionally, there is a large communal garden where people often enjoy barbecues in the summer. There are multiple showers, toilets, and washing machines for general use. The Zuiderpark is a centrally located property close to the station (550 meters) and on the edge of the city center. You will find a supermarket such as Albert Heijn (Gedempte Zuiderdiep) and Jumbo (Oosterstraat) 550 meters away. The city center is easily accessible and is located 900 meters away.

The rental price for this accommodation is €558, including gas, water, electricity, washing machines, and municipal taxes. Residents arrange their own internet. The security deposit for the accommodation is equal to one month's rent. Upon acceptance of the accommodation, you pay a one-time rental fee of €245 to the owner of the property.

* Rent for as long or as short a period as desired. In the event of technical issues, we aim to resolve them within a maximum of two weeks.

A non-smoking policy applies to all our rental units, pets are not allowed, and we always require a landlord reference.
