About the place

I'm subletting my room in a beautiful apartment right by the Westerhaven, on the west side of Groningen's city centre- within walking distance of the Grote Markt, supermarkets, gyms, and the Noorderplantsoen.
The apartment
The flat is on the ground floor. Inside, the living room with high ceilings, tall original windows, and a back garden. The apartment is fully furnished: seating, dining table, TV, and kitchen.
Your room is a comfortable, furnished bedroom with a double bed and a large window. The room doesn't have a desk/table at the moment.


Available 1 July - 31 August 2026 (~2 months). A new housemate joins from September, so this is a temporary summer stay.
Everything is arranged properly, with a contract (via the rental agency).
You'd share with one easy-going housemate.
