A room is available for rent on Westerkade as of March 1. It is located on the second floor and has its own kitchen and spacious built-in closet. The room is approximately 16m² and is heated by central heating. The shower and toilet are shared with the other residents. 

The rent is €595, including utilities, TV/internet, municipal taxes, cleaning of common areas, and use of the washing machine/dryer.
