A non-self-contained studio apartment is available for rent on Westerkade as of February 1. It is approximately 27m² in size and looks neat and tidy. It has its own kitchen (including various built-in appliances) and bathroom (shower and sink). The living space is heated by central heating. The toilet is shared with the other residents. You can also use the washing machines and dryers. 

The rent is €795, including utilities, TV/internet, cleaning of common areas, use of washing machine/dryer, and municipal taxes.
