About the place

Dear new students,

We are looking for a new housemate starting August 1st (or possibly earlier). There are two rooms totalling 15 m² (9 m² + 6 m²). You will share the kitchen, shower, and balcony with us. Internet and washing machine costs are arranged among ourselves (€17.60).

It is an 11-minute bike ride to Zernike Campus, 5 minutes to the city centre, and 4 minutes to Noorderplantsoen park. The nearest supermarket is a 6-minute walk away.

We are looking for someone tidy and calm. We don't have a shared living room, but we always keep our doors open and often drop by each other for a chat.
