Looking for a new music-loving roommate—starting in October (earlier start date possible by arrangement)—indefinite term

The house has a large shared living room where we often hang out and almost always eat together. Both the Lidl and Albert Heijn grocery stores, as well as a bus stop (lines 7 and 9), are within a 100-meter walk. Vondellaan might sound far, but it’s only a 5-minute bike ride to Central Station, so it’s not too bad. You’ll share a balcony, kitchen, toilet, and shower. A PS4, washing machine, and dryer are also available.
