In a beautiful location opposite the pond, there are 2 rooms available in an apartment that you share with a housemate. You can now also live together with a friend since the apartment is newly being rented.  
You have your own living room with a balcony and your own bedroom.

Room 1 is approximately 17m² (with balcony) and room 2 is approximately 9m².  
The rooms are available immediately and the rental period can be arranged. The apartment is currently empty and in addition to these 2 rooms, there are 2 more rooms for rent for 1 person each. In total, you will live here with 2 people.

The apartment has a bus stop at the door and shops such as AH, Lidl, Kruidvat, snack bars, etc., just 1 minute away. You can reach the center of Groningen in about 10 minutes by bike.

The rooms are available for a female student or a working female student.
