Hello hello!

We are looking for a new female roommate at the Verlengde Visserstraat in Groningen. 

The room is 10m2 and located on the first floor of the house. The rent price, including gas, water, and electricity, is approx. €430,- a month. An additional monthly fee will be added for the wifi and washing. The floor, a fridge, the matrass and the curtains can be bought for a nice student price. The bed is stuck to the house, so you don't have to worry about bringing a bed. 

The kitchen, bathroom, and toilet are shared spaces with two other roommates, and there is a washer and dryer. Our house is at 5 minutes walking distance from the city centre and a 15 min bike ride to the campus. We live close to the Noorderplantsoen and have several groceries in the neighbourhood. 

We are looking for a female roommate, at least 20 years old, and who is staying for at least a year in Groningen. The two of us are both at the end of our studies and combine this with work and an internship. We like to do activities together, such as bouldering, going to the park and going on walks. Sometimes, we eat together, but without any obligations.
