About the place

Nice room on the upper floor in a shared house in Helpman. You’ll live here with 5 others (mix of students and working people): 2 downstairs, 4 upstairs.
The room is upstairs, next to the bathroom and it also has its own private sink. The window can open fully (great on warm days).

The kitchen is downstairs and shared. There is a large fridge/freezer for the house. Downstairs you’ll also find a second (larger) bathroom with a washing machine you can use. In summer, the balcony is often used to relax, sunbathe or BBQ.

Location: Helpman is a quiet, green neighbourhood with lots of shops and amenities nearby. It’s about a 5-minute bike ride to Groningen Central Station or Europapark station (handy for work/study).
