About the place

Due to 3 months of travelling from the 1st of July until the 1st of October i'll be temporarily renting out my room.

I'm looking for a tidy, well-behaved student or working person who can replace my presence during this period.

The room has a private kitchen with furnace and microwave, toilet, and balcony. The shower is two steps removed from the entrance door and is shared with other students living on the same floor. It's an exceptionally quiet place, the living complex as well as the environment outside.

The room will be delivered furnished but certain objects (like the electric piano) can be taken out if there is a need for extra space. This also applies to the books on the bookshelfs.

No special demands except that you won't cause any excessive disturbance or vandalise the room.
