About the place

14m² room for rent with a shared eat-in kitchen and a large garden. The room is clean and unfurnished. We are a household of nine people living in one large house; shared areas are cleaned collectively, while you are responsible for cleaning your own room. The price includes gas, water, electricity, and internet. The kitchen is fully equipped with appliances, crockery, and cutlery; the house also has a washing machine and dryer. We host a few house parties a year, and on Saturdays, we often cook, bake, have drinks, and play games together (participation is optional). We are looking for a sociable, outgoing woman to join our household for a minimum of two years. The person we are looking for is an international student. Viewings can also be arranged via video call.
