About the place

My roommate and I are looking for someone to take over my room (sublet, registration possible) during my travels from early September (exact date TBD, flexible) until February 2027, with a possibility of extending until March 2027.

We have a bright and spacious house, 4 minute bike ride away from central station (van Heemskerckstraat). Big living room with a balcony (and a piano!), about a 12m² furnished bedroom, a study room/office, a big attic for storage/chilling and a shed. The place is on a quiet street. The rent is €725 + €175 service costs and wifi.

You would be living with a lovely girl that works in Groningen full time. We also have a very friendly cat called Lilou.

We're looking for someone who's friendly and easy to live with, but also enjoys their own space and independence. The house is spacious enough that everyone can do their own thing, so it's important to us that we find someone who appreciates a balance between being social and respecting each other's personal space.
