☀️ SUMMER SUBLET ☀️

In our house near Korreweg is a room free to sublet, for the months of July and August. 

It is 13m2, with a sink and a big window looking into the garden of the house. The room is located on the ground floor, next to the kitchen and a toilet. The room is fully furnished (bed, shelf, clothing rack, drawers, desk, chairs, curtains, rug, mini fridge). (note: room pictures are not up to date) 

The kitchen, bathroom and the extra toilet are shared with five other people. The kitchen has a gas stove, oven, shared fridges, a microwave, washing machine and dishwasher. The main bathroom is on the first floor and has a toilet, sink, shower, bathtub and a little balcony. 

There is a garden in the back of the house where we sometimes grow vegetables. We also have a hammock where you can enjoy the sunny days. The front yard has space to lock your bike, and the backyard has a little shed.

Also, the house has a little guest room with a sleeping couch in, where you can host a friend or family member that is visiting. 

Location: 
The house is located close to Korreweg, which will become bike-friendly soon. There is a Lidl and Albert Heijn in 5 minutes walking distance. By bike, the city center is reached within 10 minutes, Zernike Campus within 15 minutes. Stadstrand is only a 5 minute cycle away, there you can cool down in the water on hot days!
The neighbourhood is a calm one with many families and older people. There is lots of green and many cats strolling the streets :)

We are looking for a person who has experience living with other people, and is up for doing their part in keeping the house clean. You can of course have friends over, but be mindful of noise after a reasonable time. 

There is another room in the house that may be opening up at the end of September, which can be discussed further in person. Applications from queer, BIPOC, non-EU people will be given priority. Hope to see you soon :)
