About the place

I'm looking for 3 additional roommates to join me at Vaargeul from the 1st of July!, for at least one year.
A total of 125m2 of living space.
Rent ~725 for a large room or ~625 for the smaller room. Cost of services excluded and shared as per invoices. Aprox. 50Eur/month as per previous experience.
There is shared living room, kitchen and bathroom, a washing machine, and 2 balconies.
All essential amenities are nearby. 
Registration in the municipality is not possible.
