About the place

A room located on the first floor will become available as of June 1st in a calm neighbourhood of Vaargeul, Groningen. Are you someone who responsibly keeps the communal space tidy and isn't part of a student association/prone to hosting raucous parties (being musical is perfectly fine)? Then the house of Vaargeul invites you to read further.

The house is a 15-minute bike ride from the city centre and UB, 23 minutes from the Zernike campus, 4 minutes from the Lewenborg shopping centre (Action, HEMA, Kruidvat, DHL service point, etc.), and a mere 2 minutes from Lidl and AH. The kitchen, toilet, bathroom, as well as a terrace are shared with 3 roommates (two male and one female). We are all around 23 years old and are currently studying or finishing up our studies. We generally do our own thing and don't have any formal household obligations, but find it okay to have a nice chat or a dinner together every now and then.

Included in the rental fee of €405 is a service charge of €90 covering gas, electric, water, Wi-Fi, etc. An additional €3.5 per month may be charged for use of the communal laundry machine. Registration with the municipality is possible and the lease is indefinite.
