About the place

My room on Topaasstraat is available for subletting to a student, after which you get your own 1 year contract starting September (I did this last year, and even though it's a weird system that's how the contractor - Key Vastbeheer BV wants it).

It's a 15m² room on the 3rd floor, with your own nice kitchen in the hallway outside. You share the bathroom with 1 person that's across the hallway. Dishwasher, combi oven and washing machine also shared with that person.
Garden out back with furniture and grill shared with the rest of the house (4-5 people).

Current rent is €770/month inc. utilities + €800 for furniture (is not optional unfortunately): Bed + matress, desk, folding table, office chair, dining chair, kallax shelves single and double, tv stand (all ikea)
