A room measuring approximately 15m2 will become available on February 1 on the 3rd floor at the front of a building on Tellegenstraat in the pleasant Korreweg neighborhood. This room has laminate flooring and is heated by central heating. 

The kitchen, bathroom, and toilet are shared with the other residents.

The rent is €500, including utilities and municipal taxes.
