Furnished Room available in shared house – Close to Westerhaven / Kraneweg, Groningen

Hi everyone! We’re looking for a guy to take over a room in our shared house close to Westerhaven / Kraneweg (Schildersbuurt), Groningen.

The room is approximately 17 m² and is located in a great spot, with the city centre and everything you need just a short walk or bike ride away.

We are looking for someone a bit more experienced, so probably in their master’s / PHD, or something pretty close. 

About the room & house:

Room of approximately 17 m².
Currently €345 per month + utilities approx. 75€, but the landlord may make an upward adjustment to the final rent (reflected in this advert's title).

The departing tenant requests a furniture takeover of approximately €380 one-time: Bed, desk, cupboard, a few smaller items.

Shared house with 5 people in total. Washing machine, dryer, large balcony (west) in place.

Currently 3 guys and 2 girls. One guy leaves, and we look for a male replacement, so we're looking for one guy to join the house.

You’ll be sharing the common areas with four other housemates. We’re looking for someone who is friendly, respectful, and easy-going, and who enjoys living in a shared house. Of course, everyone has their own life and schedule, but we like having a good atmosphere at home and occasionally doing something together.
