About the place

Hello everyone! I'm looking to sublet my room from the 1st of September 2026 to the 31st of January of 2027 as I'll be going on exchange during that period! The room is located in a very quiet area in De Wijert near Helpman, in the south of the city, about 15 minutes from the center by bus as well as conveniently near both bus stops and grocery stores. The furniture (as well as kitchen utensils) you see will remain in the room so there is no need to buy any while you stay here! All the books and most personal belongings of mine will be gone before I leave. 

The rent for the room is 368 without utilities (registration not possible as it's a sublet) and the deposit is also 368 (which will be returned to you once I come back and check that everything is in order)!
