As of September 1st, a small room will become available in a cozy student house on Spicastraat.

Please note: another room in the same house will become available simultaneously on September 1st. During the viewing, it is possible to view both rooms and meet the housemates.

The room has a surface area of ​​8 m² and is located on the first floor at the rear of the house. The room benefits from ample natural light.

Five other mixed-gender housemates live in the house. You will share the two toilets, the bathroom, and the backyard with them. The house features a spacious garden with a bicycle shed. The kitchen is shared with four other residents. There is a friendly atmosphere in the house where the residents get along well with each other. There is always time for a chat, but it is also possible to quietly retreat to your room for a moment, for example, to focus on your studies.

Spicastraat is located in Paddepoel. Nearby, you will find a shopping center with a supermarket (Albert Heijn) 750m away and other convenient shops. The center of Groningen is 2900m away and the train station is 3100m away. The Zernike complex is 1500m away.

The rental price for this accommodation is: €395, including gas, water, electricity, internet/TV, and municipal taxes. The deposit for the accommodation is equal to one month's rent.

* We are available via WhatsApp 7 days a week and always respond within 48 (business) hours. So you are never on your own, and together we ensure a pleasant rental period!

* Rent for as long or as short a period as desired.
* In the event of technical defects, we aim to resolve them within a maximum of two weeks.

A non-smoking policy applies to all our rental units, pets are not allowed, and we always request a landlord's reference.
